• Must be arranged in advance with us and the courier service.

CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

(a) Return of Incorrect Product

If you receive the wrong product, you may return it within 10 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are covered by us.

(b) Right of Withdrawal

According to Law 2251/1994 (Consumer Protection Law), you may return a product within 14 days of receipt if:

• The item is unused and unaltered

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

We recommend using registered mail with declared value for secure returns.

Follow the procedure outlined in section (a).

(c ) Return of Defective Product

If you receive a defective item (within 10 days of delivery), return it following the steps in section (a).

We cover the return shipping cost.

(d) Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact us within 4 hours of placing it by emailing info@petradigems.com.

You will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is processed.

(e) Refunds

Refunds are issued within 30 days of us receiving the returned item, provided:

• The item is unused and unaltered
• The original retail receipt is included

(f) Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for custom-made items (e.g., wedding rings, engraved pieces).

If such a product does not meet manufacturing standards, we will replace it at no cost to you, including return and reshipping fees.

Limitation of Liability

• Errors: The business is not responsible for technical, typographical, or color inaccuracies in product descriptions.

• Pricing Mistakes: If a product appears with an abnormally low price, please contact us before ordering. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Reproduction, use, or republication of any part or whole is strictly prohibited.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Availability may change after an order is placed, especially for one-of-a-kind jewelry items.

If a product is no longer available:

• The order will not proceed

• If already charged, we will inform you and issue an immediate refund

Consumers retain all legal rights.

In case of disputes, jurisdiction belongs to the Courts of Larissa, Greece.
